[HanCinema's Drama Review] "Wanted" Episode 3

2016/06/29 | | Permalink

"Wanted" could have easily relied on suspense over a stock kidnapping story, but it is refreshing to see how bold its creators are in touching delicate social subjects through it. This time around domestic violence and its treatment by the law and press become a topic. We also find out more about our characters, including Seung-in and his presumably painful past. With the second mission being handed and Hyeon-woo's status being unconfirmed, Hye-in has a lot to deal with...More

[HanCinema's Drama Review] "Lucky Romance" Episode 11

2016/06/29 | | Permalink

So after that huge climactic kiss last episode Bonnie...is still looking for excuses to avoid the plot. Agh! Already I miss "Oh Hae-Young Again", with its characters always making a mutual effort to keep their romance alive. Source | 2016/06/29 | | Permalink

Actor and actress Lee Byung-hun and Lee Bo-yeong are starring in the new SBS drama "Advance". They haven't signed contracts yet but they have a great amount of faith in the writer Park Kyeong-soo so it's very likely they are going to go with it.

Lee Byung-hun's comeback is actually quite meaningful as the last drama he starred in was the 2009 KBS 2TV drama "IRIS" which holds a record of over 40% in viewing percentage. Then he starred only in movies which were a timeless hit. In 2014, he was blackmailed by a couple of women in their 20s but he gained his reputation back with the movie "The Insiders" and diluted all negative views about him. Now he's back with a drama for the first time in 8 years...More
