'I'm a Cyborg But That's OK' and 'Seducing Mr. Perfect'

Time to check on what's new at movie theaters nationwide.
The big releases this week are three romantic comedies from Korea and the US.
First up is director Park Chanwook's latest production, his first since COMPLETING his revenge trilogy.
Here's Son Heekyung.

"I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK" is director Park Chan-wook's first film after completing his revenge trilogy.
The romantic comedy stars superstar singer Rain in his motion picture debut.
Rain plays a mental patient who believes he can steal other people's characteristics.
Actress Lim Soo-jung plays a female patient who says she's a cyborg.
The movie explores the alternate vision of reality that the two patients have.
The director says he wanted to get away from themes such as revenge and hatred, and get more experimental.

Also making his silver screen debut in a romantic comedy is model Daniel Henney.
"Seducing Mr. Perfect" has Henney starring alongside actress-singer Um Jung-hwa.
The story revolves around a female office employee who keeps getting dumped by her boyfriends.
She seeks love advice from her smart and sexy boss.
He offers a challenge: he asks her to seduce HIM.

From Hollywood comes "Just Friends", a retelling of the ugly duckling story about an overweight high school student.
He gets humiliated when he expresses his love for his best friend at a graduation party.
But things change years later as he develops into a handsome record producer in Hollywood.
A plane accident takes him back to his hometown, where he faces his unresolved feelings for his friend.

The remastered 3-D version of the animated feature "The Nightmare Before Christmas" is also out.
The feature is loosely based on drawings and a poem by director Tim Burton.
