'King and the Clown' Invited to Olympic Cultural Festival

The musical King and the Clown has been invited to take part in the '2008 Meet in Beijing', a culture and arts festival that will be held prior to the Beijing Summer Olympics next year.
The musical will be part of a number of performances in May next year and will be staged at the National Theater of China in Beijing.
'Meet in Beijing' was organized by the Chinese Performing Artists of America by inviting renowned local and overseas shows to Beijing. Next year's event will be held as a part of the official events of the Beijing Olympic Games.
Meanwhile, 'King and the Clown' will make its debut in China on December 15-16 as a closing act at the 2007 Korea-China Exchange Year festival.
Prior to the show, a special cultural workshop themed 'Korea's Traditional Arts in King and the Clown' will be held for the Chinese audience.
