The main story of "Secret Garden" begun as Ha Ji-won and Hyeon Bin's souls change.
But right before the soul change, many foreshadowing, which may imply Lime's death later on in the story, were presented.
On the 5th epsidoe of "Secret Garden", Lime (Ha Ji-won) and Joo-won's (Hyeon Bin) experiences a soul change. They firstly visited a restaurant named 'Sinbi (Mysterious) Garden'. The restaurant's structure was exactly same as the Black House that Joo-won had trouble deciding whether he want to buy or not.
With all medical alcohol and creepy mood, one woman appeared and said, “My daughter is destined to be dead,” “the medicine that will let my daughter live.” This woman might be Lime's dead mother.
Also, Kim Joo-won said, “Gil Lime is not Cinderella, just mermaid. Please stay there as if you don't exist and disappear like a bubble.”
People who saw this commented, “Will Gil Lime actually be dead?” “Mermaid and mood of the restaurant is very strange”, “The foreshadowing that alludes to the death is not very suspicious. This drama might end with a sad ending”
