'The Priests' ranked top on the first day forcing 'Fatal Intuition' to the second place

Movie "The Priests" has made a breezy start by ranked top at the box office on the first day of release.

According to Korea Film Council on November 6th, "The Priests" has brought 189,994 moviegoers to theaters and has been ranked top at the box office with the total of 197,578 in the number of tickets sold.

"Fatal Intuition" has been pushed down to the second place with 21,722 on the day and with the figure 809,645 in accumulated number of ticket sales.

Movie, "The Priests" is about two priests who jump into a mysterious case to save a girl, who was forced to face a dangerous situation.

One of the greatest dramatic actors in Korea, Kim Yun-seok plays Father Kim, who steps in to save the girl suffering in objections and suspicions, and Gang Dong-won, who has established the broad filmography, plays Deacon Choi, Father Kim's assistant. The two actors met again for the second time since 'JEON WOO CHI : The Taoist Wizard'.
