Jae Kyung is a spoilt rich kid and a bit of a slacker. He is in his senior year at high school, but rarely bothers showing up to class. It's not that he has no desire for success, it's just that he knows he doesn't have to study hard in order to get it. On his nineteenth birthday he will become a millionaire, thanks to his late grandfather's inheritance. But, the day before the big pay out, Jae Kyung's family lawyer discovers a hidden clause in the contract. Jae Kyung can only inherit his fortune if he graduates from Boram High School. Where? Exactly!
Boram is in a remote part of the Korean countryside, miles from Jae Kyung's cushy little existence. The pampered city boy has no choice but to up-sticks and move to this small rural community - where his credit card isn't accepted anywhere and he can't even drive his sports car! But, amongst all the country bumpkins and backward yokels, Jae Kyung meets Eun Hwan (Lee Yeon Hee) in whom he sees something different, something special, something which might possibly inspire him to change his selfish, arrogant ways and become a better person.

건방지고 철없는 재벌3세 재경은 세상에 두려울 것도, 특별한 삶의 목표도 없다. 주민등록증만 받으면 곧 수천억의 유산을 받을 텐데 그런 것들이 무슨 소용이란 말인가. 그러나 주민등록증을 받아 든 다음날, 재경에게 청천벽력 같은 할아버지의 유언이 전해진다. 유산을 받으려면 강원도 산골 보람고등학교의 졸업장이 필요하다는 것!

어쩔 수 없이 시골로 내려간 재경. 이 시골학교를 그만두고도 유산을 받을 수 있는 방법은 퇴학밖에 없다고 생각한다. 학교 쌈장으로 보이는 명식을 패지만, 재경에게는 퇴학이 아니라 온 마음으로 그를 감싸는 명식이네 따뜻한 밥상이 주워진다. 교장에게 뒷돈을 주며 퇴학을 종용해보지만, 돌아오는 건 교육자의 신념이 담긴 훈계다. 어떤 잘못도 용서해버릴 것만 같은 이곳에서 재경은 꼼짝없이 학교를 다녀야만 하는 것이다.

definitely a must
| Both the two leads are so very good looking and this is a very entertaining movie. There is no time for you to wander off because you will be absorbed in the film from the beginning to the very end. Hyun Bin has improved so much since the days of Sam soong. Go for it. |

Good, but not the best
| It was very well done, better than a lot of other kmovies, but you kind of get lost in the middle and wonder if you've skipped any scenes. Like almost every kmovie, it's a lil rushy in the beginning, but you fall in love w/the main characters and everything is worthwhile. I highly recommend this show. I admit Hyun Bin was better in Kim Sam Soon, but his character development in this movie is touching and he does an excellent job, defnitely worth your time. |

one of the best
| i loved this movie! i didn't buy it here off yesasia because they already have it at the stores but it's an extremely beautiful movie. the feelings it evolked out of me was unbelievable! the music was also beautifully made and used the talented voices of dong bang shin ki for a few of their songs. overall, this is one of the best movies i've seen. buy it! you won't regret it! |

Great movie
| This movie is well worth the watch, it starts out quite amusing then turns sweet in the middle and then quite sad in the end. It is a bit predictable in places but it is easy to identify with the characters and the changes that they go through which more than makes up for the predictability. It's a good movie for a girl's night in, or for watching with your partner on a romantic evening. Just remember to stock up on tissues before watching!. |

One of The Best
| This movie is a real tearjerker, for those who want to watch a romantic movie, this is definitely one to watch. It's deeply touching to those are or have already fallen in love. Great Movie. 10/10 |
