Jun Jin, who is enjoying a personal renaissance in variety shows, will hold a large scale fan meeting in Japan.
Jun Jin, who is also a member of the group Shinhwa, successfully released his solo debut album and held his first solo concert in Japan this April. His upcoming fan meeting will be held on November 3 at Nakano Sun Plaza, Tokyo under the title of "Jun Jin's Fan Meeting; 2008 Autumn Special".

K-pop stars will hold a concert to raise funds for an annaul benefit festival held for ethnic Koreans in Japan. The annual Autumn festival, held in Osaka to promote cultural exchange with Japan and to help ethnic Koreans in Japan, is attended by some 30,000 audience members every year. The 24th annual "One Korea Festival" will be held at the Sun Plaza located within Osaka Park on October 26.
"Super Live 08", a benefit concert that will be held to support the annual festival, will feature a number of popular K-pop artists including Jun Jin, Park Hyun-bin, Jun Young-rok and Yang Ji-won. Five-member Japanese accapella group "Permanent Fish", the sibling trio "Cenal" and Park Sung-min from the history drama series "The Legend" will also make appearances on stage.

2008 Seoul Drama Festival
The Seoul Drama Festival is scheduled to take place at KBS Hall in Yeouido, downtown Seoul next Tuesday on Oct. 14. The festival first took place in 2006 as the Seoul Drama Awards. It was decided to re-name the event as a festival and increase the entertainment program.
The festival proudly paints itself as the world's first television drama festival, hosted by the Seoul Drama Awards Organizing Committee and Korean Broadcasters Association, and sponsored by major local broadcasters KBS, MBC, SBS, EBS as well as Seoul Metropolitan City.
With this year's slogan "Enjoy, Star & Story" the competition part of the festival received a total of 152 entries from 33 nations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Singer M has made a splash with a sizzling club concert on Sunday. Lee Min-woo of idol group Shinhwa, who also performs as a solo artist M, has celebrated the release of his fourth solo album "M Rising" with concerts in the hip Cheongdam-dong neighborhood in southern Seoul Sunday night. He showcased most of his hits, such as "Just One Night" and "If You", as well as all the songs from his latest album.
In a press conference held prior to the concerts, M said that he couldn't forget the excitement and appeal of a live concert, which prompted him to hold one again. He also said that he wanted to get closer to his fans.
The concerts were for only mature audience of 19 or older. M once again impressed his fans with his powerful and sexy dance moves, as well as some risqué silhouette performance. Jun Jin, a member of idol group Shinhwa and rising star in variety programs, has been hurt while filming a sequence for KBS entertainment program "Happy Sunday". He hurt his elbow when his arm was hit by a mop while running in a game for the "Schoolympic" segment. He was rushed to the hospital and received 22 stitches for a laceration on his elbow. Fortunately, his elbow bone did not suffer any injury. Jun came back to finish the shooting after the treatment, but couldn't actively take part in the game as before for the fear of injuring himself again.
