Kim Gyoo-ri cast in movie 'My Darling FBI'

Actress Kim Gyoo-ri has been cast in the romantic comedy movie 'My Darling FBI' (directed by Lee In-Soo, Produced by Triam Pictures).

The movie which will crank in on location in Cheong Ju on the 18th will feature Kim Gyoo-ri as the female lead who plays Mimi, a study abroad student in the U.S. The movie draws the happenings of Albert, an FBI agent, who returns to Korea and visits Mimi's rural hometown to propose to her.

Albert will be played by the actor Ricky Kim who also appeared in Director Shim Hyung-Rae's 'D-War'.

Kim Jeong-eun admits romance

Top actress Kim Jeong-eun has admitted to having a romantic relationship with actor Lee Seo-jin.

In a letter to her fans, which was posted on her homepage on Sunday, Kim said that she is standing on the center of happiness and noted that he is her closest friend and also a person who has much to learn.

In response to Kim's admittance of their romance, Lee also left a message on his homepage yesterday.

Lee revealed his emotion toward Kim, saying "I feel like she is a part of my life". There have been a number of reports about the two dating in Seoul and taking a trip to Japan last month.

Korean Wave star Lee Seo-jin reminisces about his college days when acting in front of friends who were making amateur short films.

"I thought I would never choose acting for my career, but I slowly changed my mind after my friends told me I acted naturally while making short films", said Lee who studied business at New York University in the United States a decade ago, in an interview with The Korea Herald.

Miyake on stage with Korean actress

Miyake Ken, 27, a member of the hottest Japanese boy band V6, said that he wanted to do a film with Korean horror film star Kim Gyoo-ri someday.

The coveted singer and actor visited the country to attend the special screening of his new film "Vanished (Oyayubi sagashi)" at the CGV Multiplex in Apgujeong-dong, southern Seoul, on Monday. Kim, the star of such hit horror films as "Nightmare" (2000) and "Bunshinsaba" (2004), also joined the event at the request of his agency Avex Entertainment, which is one of the largest Japanese record labels.

"I'm a V6 fan", Kim told reporters after giving a bouquet of flowers to Miyake to congratulate him on his new film. "I've seen the film and was moved especially by his detailed inner acting".
