On a breezy spring day in March 2008, the entertainment investigation team of Sports Khan sensed an emergency. The argument between female stars about their influence has become fierce, almost to the point of battle. Lee Jin-wook and So I-hyeon cast in MBC series "Before and After: Plastic Surgery Clinic"

Lee Jin-wook, So I-hyeon and others have been cast for the lead roles of the upcoming MBC drama series "Before and After: Plastic Surgery Clinic". This series will start airing on January 6th.

Lee Jin-wook will play the young clinic owner Han Geon Soo who tries to protect the clinic from being taken over by loan sharks. He tries his best to save the clinic when uncollected loans are passed on to him after his father's sudden death, but cannot even hold a mes because of a medical accident.

Kim Sung Min will play the talented doctor Choi Yong Woo who joins the clinic to return the grace of Han Geon Soo's father. Choi Yong Woo is a character that often gets into arguments with patients that want to undergo unnecessary plastic surgery.

So I-hyeon will play the nurse Yoon Ki Nam who forms a love triangle with the two. Jeong Ae-yeon will play the manager Yoon Seo Jin who has perfect beauty through plastic surgery....| More

Jeonju Film Festival Ends with Glittering Finale

Staying with movie news - the Jeonju International Film Festival has ended with a glittering finale.
Actors So I-hyeon and Lee Dong-wook hosted the closing ceremony, which culminated in the screening of the Hong Kong film "Exile".
Organizers say they sold 80 percent of the tickets available during the event's nine-day run.
The eighth edition of the annual festival had 185 indie and arthouse films from close to 40 countries screened.

Documentary for Hit Drama “Revenge” Being Produced in Japan

A one-hour documentary about the production of the hit drama "Revenge" is being produced by a Korean production agency at the behest of Japanese satellite channel So-net Channel749 run by Sony Communication Network Corp, a subsidiary of global electronics giant Sony. The documentary includes interviews with the drama's producer Park Chan-hong, writer "Kim Ji-woo", and cast members EOm Tae-woong, Ko Joo-won, Han Ji-min and So I-hyeon.

A source from the local production agency said Thursday that the documentary is being produced to coincide with the broadcasting of "Revenge" on So-net Channel749 from April.

"It is very rare to make a special documentary for a Korean drama", he said. "The Japanese company is also showing keen interest in an event celebrating the release of the director's edition of 'Revenge', which will be organized by the drama's fans on March 5 to coincide with the release of the DVD.
