Synopsis
Haru (Yoo Geon) is a mentally challenged young man with an IQ of 65 points and the emotional age of a seven-year-old. He misses his mom, who abandoned him at a bus stop after buying him a strawberry ice-cream, and dreams of becoming a bus driver so that he can go meet with his mom someday. One day, he falls in love with the swindler Eun-hye (Kim Ok-bin), who disguises herself as a teacher of mentally retarded students to avoid police. To win her heart, Haru undergoes a high-risk surgery conducted by psychosurgeon Dong-jae (Lee Jong-hyeok). The surgery ends successfully, and Haru is reborn into a genius with an IQ of 180 points. He also becomes rich and famous, but turns out that is not enough to make him happy.

Yoo Geon : Haru
A mentally challenged 27-year-old with an IQ of 65 points and emotional age of a 7-year-old. He loves to be praised by others, but nothing can console him once he gets upset. Though passionate about things he likes, he never does what he dislikes. His contagious laughter has the power to make everyone around happy.
Kim Ok-bin : Seo Eun-hye
Her wits and a healthy body inherited from her destitute parents is all she has. She prefers to laugh at hardships and strives to look even more confident and undaunted when feeling down and shattered.
Lee Jong-hyuk: Park Dong-jae
While looking for a hospital that would back his brain research, Dong-jae meets the director of Sky Hospital who pledges his support. At the same hospital, he also meets Haru, whose age, physical characteristics and background make him an ideal object of clinical tests.
Kang Shin-il : Chang Pil-koo
Brusque and quiet, Pil-koo has an uncanny charisma and can easily subjugate any ex-criminal. In the past, he was a famous psychosurgeon.

She is tough. She is energetic enough to love martial arts. Her provocative charm is more than evident in dance scenes from her latest movie, "Dasepo Girl". Her remarks on a TV show have invited a barrage of criticism. The name Kim Ok-bin is enough to draw the attention of virtually everyone.
She is very busy this summer being cast in a couple of differing roles. She stars in an MBC drama, "Over the Rainbow - Drama", as a would-be singer wish boyish charm. In the new movie, "Dasepo Girl", she plays a very cute, interesting high school student. I interviewed Kim, who always wears a big smile, on August 3 at NB, a club in Seocho-dong, Seoul.
She Loves Martial Arts –
In "Over the Rainbow - Drama", her role as Jeong Hee-soo is someone full of energy. Hee-soo is ashamed of neither her occasional wrong pronunciations nor her local accent. In real life, she is a third dan (or rank) in Hapgido and second dan in Taekwondo. She learned Muay Thai and boxing for fun.

Maybe even God would do anything for actress Kim Ok-bin, the angelic heroine of TV drama "Hello, God". But right now, instead of a prayer for success and fame, the 20-year-old actress probably wants to ask the Almighty for a nice long nap.
In less than a year after stepping into the entertainment world, Kim has become one of the busiest actresses in Korea.
Playing the heroine Eun-hye in KBS primetime drama "Hello, God", Kim has been following a tight shooting schedule which allows her less than two hours of sleep each day.
Unable to cope with the work, Kim fainted during a recent shoot and was sent to the hospital immediately. hi... i like so much this wonderful drama... i liked the way that played Kim, Yoo and Lee.... i think it's the best drama of 2006... i felt in love with a song in the ep13, when Eunhye went to see Dr Park, at the beginning of the ep.... please, if you know this title, let me now...
