She is currently five weeks into her pregnancy and her due date is late January 2009. Kim and her husband are naturally elated, and her in-laws are also overjoyed to see their first grandchild.
According to Kim's closest associate, the actress found out about a week ago that she was expecting, after taking several at-home pregnancy tests. Kim's friend said that Kim wanted to have a baby ever since she got married and always dreamed of having at least three children. Kim herself is an only child, so she has always wanted a big family.

Korean drama "My Name is Kim Sam-soon" will be aired in the Arbil region of Iraq, where Korean troops are stationed. The Korean Broadcasting Institute said that it will provide the drama to Iraq's Kurdistan TV, the largest Kurdish satellite broadcasting station in northern Iraq.
According to the KBI, "Sad Love Story" recorded an amazing viewer rating when it was shown in Iraq last July. In the wake of the Korean drama's huge popularity, the Kurdistan TV asked the KBI for another Korean TV series. "Sad Love Story" posted 70% ratings and after the drama ended, a park in Arbil was named after the main female character of the show.
The Iraqi TV stations reported that the local Kurdish community quickly warmed up to the Korean people and began to show interest in the Korean history and culture after "Sad Love Story" was aired. "My Name is Kim Sam-soon" will be aired in June, following a dubbing job in Kurdish.

The New Year will be another one full of drama, as broadcasters prepare unique stories to grab audiences' attention. Korean dramas have always been at the forefront of domestic entertainment, for if a certain drama gains popularity, the actors ride on its success.

Continuing this trend, more professionals, from doctors to reporters and directors, are brought to the TV screen this year.
MBC's "Before and After Plastic Surgery" opened this year's battle. As the title indicates, this is a drama about plastic su...| More
