2AM member Seulong is testing his luck in acting by joining the cast of new TV drama "Personal Preference". At Monday's showcase where 2AM introduced the music drama and music video for their new release "I've Done Wrong", Seulong spoke about how he was nervous about acting in a TV show. He admitted that it was difficult for him, because he had never acted before. He had been a child actor, but said that he doesn't remember anything about the experience because he was so young.
In "Personal Preference" he stars opposite of Son Ye-jin of "My Wife Got Married" and Lee Min-ho of "Boys over Flowers" and plays a spoiled rich kid. The month of March may bring a dilemma to TV viewers deciding which channel to watch, as all three major television networks will start new drama series.
For hanbok-happy watchers, MBC offers the period drama "Dong Yi", while KBS features a present-day show about social climbers, "Birth of a Rich Man".
But in the most significant shift this season, both SBS and MBC will offer dramas with characters who are gay - or at least, in one case, pretending to be.
The historical drama "Dong Yi" is drawing attention for its producer Lee Byeong-hoon, who had a hand in other hit series including the hugely successful "Dae Jang Geum".
Dong Yi is set in the reign of King Sukjong (played by Ji Jin-hee) in the Joseon Dynasty. It centers on a water maid, Sook Bin (Han Hyo-joo), who becomes the king's concubine and bears a son who will become Yeongjo, a Joseon king.
Lee, the producer, is presenting a different take on this well-known story. "Sook Bin's side of the story is significant bec... |More

Son Ye-Jin, who stole the spotlight in 'My Wife got Married' and 'White Night', makes her comeback in the drama 'Personal Preference' (script Park Hye-Kyeong, producer Son Hyeong-Seok, produced by Lee Kim Productions).
Son breaks away from her usual passive image and gets into a sweet and energetic role – giving the audience much anticipation to see her spunky transformation in this new drama.
'Personal Taste' is an adaptation of a Korean-American's novel where Son plays the role of the leading lady 'Park Gae-in'. The drama's title is a play on Gae-in's name, which literally means "personal" in Korean.
Park Gae-in is a furniture designer in her mid twenties and is the only daughter of a well-respected professor in the construction industry. As a young CEO of the hip furniture brand marketed for singles, 'Moon', Park is a troublemaker who is all over the place and naively trusts people too easily hence suffers h... |More
