The hit new SBS drama Love Story in Harvard is exactly that: a young love story set at the famed Ivy League school in the United States. Kim Rae Won (Gourmet, Which Star Are You From) stars as Kim Hyung Woo, a 1st year law student at Harvard Law who enters into a rivalry with classmate Hong Jung Min (Lee Jung Jin, April Kiss, 9 End 2 Outs) for the affections of beautiful medical student Lee Soo In (Kim Tae Hee of Stairway to Heaven). The two men are both from prestigious families, while Soo In is from a poor family. Can the trio resolve their romantic differences and chase their dreams at the same time?

Love Story in Harvard attracted a great audience when it was first broadcast on SBS in 2004. The drama is now available on DVD with English subtitles.

I absolutely loved this Korean drama. The story line was fanastic and cute. Kim Tae Hee and Kim Rae Won acted like a very cute couple. I would recommend this TV series to everyone. It is worth the money.

GREAT OST. thats the first thing youd appreciate in this series. it has its cliff-hanger endings but it would be better had they reall learn to speak fluent english as any harvard exchange studet is required. Anyway, the twist in the end is very refreshing. not quite what you expected. I love the height of both actors--it seemed perfect for a match.

im watching this online right now and so far (episode 4) its really good. And i was just looking for it to buy while it loads, meaning i think its worth a buy to watch over again =) ..or to let family or something who come over & watch it...its sweet & at the same time you get to see what college is like in a way haha..ppl should watch it.

It's nice that the producer filmed some of the scenes in one of the prestigious law school in US,Harvard.But,i think KRW need to improve his english skills as it wasn't easy trying to understand what he speak during the show.

As for the show,i'd say it's not too bad and quite interesting as it explores the medical side and how people can misabuse the powers given for granted and the innocent lives that cost it.

Love Story in Harvard has the basic elements of other Korean Dramas; rich guy, poor guy both in love with the poor girl but with the addition of the backdrop of their school years in Harvard (actually filmed in Southern California). The characters are likeable and the story enough to entertain you without the emotion that keeps you up at night wondering what will happen next. There are some endearing scenes but most failed to invoke a emotional response.
This would rate as a good "B" movie with the soundtrack having enough pull to make me purchase it. Some dramas are good enough to make me want to watch them again; but once is enough for this one.
