    술래 없는 술래잡기 하룻동안 학교에서 놀다.

    제1장 죽음死亡

    한 아이가 죽는다. 지리하리 만큼 매일이 똑같았던 학교는 잠에서 깨어난 듯 들떠 움직이기 시작한다. 술렁이는 여고女高. 죽음은 여고생들의 머릿속을 헤집고 끔찍한 상상을 불러 일으킨다. 한 여름의 작열하는 태양빛은 여고에도 예외없이 찾아들고 쉬쉬하던 내부의 일그러진 모습들이 드러나면서 이상한 기운이 여고를 뒤덮는다.

    제2장 유희遊戱

    아직 학교를 떠나지 않은 영혼은 준비했던 놀이를 시작한다. 영혼이 던진 자줏빛 일기장을 주은 아이에 의해 놀이는 수순을 밟아 진행되고, 살아있는 아이들은 하나둘씩 영혼이 벌인 번잡한 축제에 동참하게 된다. 놀이의 방법은 하룻동안 죽음 이전의 영혼의 발자취를 밟는 것, 일기장에 적혀있는 지시에 따라 한치의 오차도 없이 움직이는 것.

    제3장 공포恐怖

    죽음의 파장은 영혼의 장난인 듯 순식간에 아이들에게 전염된다. 아이들 내면에 숨어있는 무형의 두려움은 죽음의 환영을 곳곳에 출몰하게 하고, 개개의 두려움이 모여 하나의 거대한 공포가 된다. 선생님들은 원인 모를 죽음의 원인을 찾아 헤매이고, 아이들은 공포로부터의 출구를 찾아 헤매이면서 학교 전체가 움직인다. 방향을 잃은 학교... 그 긴 하루의 끝은 어떤 모습일까?

    Memento Mori is a good film, but I would warn you that this ultimate edition only has English subtitles for the first disc. So unless you can speak Korean, or just like to have special editions - stick with the Tartan release.
