This movie is about the victims of the Korean War and the ideological conflicts between democracy and communism in the last fifty years. There are a lot of eye-catching scenes, including the magnificent and realistic set of Geoje POW camp.

Detective Oh (Lee Jung Jae), who was tracking down the suspects of the consecutive murder cases, accidentally found a diary written by Sohn Ji hye (Lee Mi Yeon). Named as "Black Narcissus," Sohn was a spy for the South Korean Labor Party (a political party that was organized in Seoul in the Fifties aiming at communizing South Korea). Her diary gave a clue to the solution of the murder cases: a riot took place in the Geoje POW camp in early 1950s and the two victims of the murder cases were in charge of arresting the leaders of the riot. Have this movie a long time ago. Have not reviewed this during that time so i have to watch it all over again as i forgot about it already.

The action is good. of the best action-thriller to far. You liked it.

About Koreans surviving the war prison camp and their lives after the war. Good performance by Lee Jung Jae ("Il Mare"), Lee Mi-Yun, Jung Jun-Ho, Ahn Sung-Gi.

I am not Korean. To me, this movie is excellent, can miss it. It is best movie about investigated muder case which i have never seen

there is such a contrast between the flashback and the present. artistically i enjoyed it, and the theme or topic of this movie seemed to be ok.
i just didn't like the general flow.
the beginning was too flashy compared to the rest of the movie. i guess i was looking for a ballance.
