Actor Yoo Joon-sang will be coming back with a drama for the first time in five years.
He has been cast as Bang Gwi-nam for the KBS 2TV drama "My Husband Got a Family", which will air right after "Ojak Brothers".
"My Husband Got a Family" is about career woman Hong Yoon-hee, who has picked 'a skilled orphan' as her ideal type and finally marries the perfect surgeon, only to meet his unbelievable in-laws later. Writer Park Ji-eun from "My Wife is a Superwoman" and "Queen of Reversals" and producer Kim Hyoung-seok from "Drama Special - Stone" and "Drama Special - Yeongdeok Women's Wrestling Team" have come together for this drama.
Yoo Joon-sang will be playing a caring and humorous surgeon in a general hospital who was adopted to the States when he was young and graduated from Johns Hopkins University. He is happy enough to talk about his adoption freely and very cheerfully. He looks perfect but is also a slacker in some ways.
Yoo Joon-sang will be acting with Kim Nam-joo, who is going to take on the role of Hong Yoon-hee, who is actually the love of his life and also his wife.
"My Husband Got a Family" will air the first week of February.
