SBS announced on the 15th that the new Friday-Saturday drama "Flex X Cop" was organized in January after confirming the appearance of the main characters Ahn Bo-hyun and Park Ji-hyun.

On the same day, an SBS official said, "Flex X Cop" confirmed its first broadcast in January. Actors Ahn Bo-hyun and Park Ji-hyun will star and take responsibility for the pleasant fun.

"Flex X Cop" tells the story of a third-generation chaebol who becomes a homicide detective and wipes out criminals. It continues the genealogy of SBS's Friday-Saturday Universe, which has built a so-called trustworthy worldview by gaining sensational popularity with humorous character plays such as "The Fiery Priest", "One Dollar Lawyer", "Taxi Driver" series, and "One the Woman".

Author Kim Ba-da, who wrote Netflix's "My Name", and director Kim Jae-hong-IV, who co-directed "Through the Darkness" and "Revenant", are expected to work together to create a comic action investigation with both wit and tension.

Ahn Bo-hyun will play the role of the third generation of the immature chaebol and parachute detective who is best at playing. Jin I-soo is a conglomerate that uses not only the chaebol's enormous wealth and connections but also the brilliant brain rotation and various activity skills he has to catch criminals.

Park Ji-hyun attempts to transform into an unconventional acting by breaking down as Lee Kang-hyeon, the best investigative fan and the first female team leader in the homicide world. Lee Kang-hyeon is a veteran detective who puts her life on the line to arrest the criminal and a character who is full of social life with both humor and easygoingness. However, she meets Jin-soo, an eyesore who has become an unwanted investigative partner and faces a major turning point in her detective life.

Through the drama "Yumi's Cells", the two showed the relationship of a perfectly disguised male and female friend, causing viewers to be overindulged.

Meanwhile, "Flex X Cop" will premiere in January 2024.
