Sung Young-ja, the mother of pop singer BoA, has published a book about her life raising three accomplished children.
Entitled "The Golden Rule", the book tells of Sung's experiences bringing up pianist Kwon Soon-hwon, music video director Kwon Soon-wook, and pan-Asian superstar BoA.
The memoir has been attracting a great deal of attention even before its release, as it is expected to become popular among Korean mothers famous for their devotion to and enthusiasm for education of their children.
