Kim Min-ho acted by Cheon Ho-jin is a apoplexy patient and is paralyzed. Whenever he gets a chance, he tries to commit suicide. One day, Park Sangeob acted by Yoo Hae-jin who had a brain surgery comes to the bed next to him in the hospital room and the two patients change. He realizes that he is the enemy who destroyed his family by killing his wife. Kim's objective now becomes killing the enemy instead and attacks with his paralyzed body, the patient who has a memory loss. However, the new truth reveals a different ending and there are some things that are missing in this film.
First, Kim Min-ho should not be in the intensive care unit, but a regular hospital room because he is not under critical emergency situation in his disease.
Second, the nurses should be monitoring these patients after their fights but no one is looking after them 24/7. The film is very unrealistic.
Some things about this movie are impressive such as the acting, but these small errors and mishaps in story make a great piece not so great.
