대한의 건아 NRG가 2005년 11월 대중 앞에 당당히 선다.
전 멤버 문성훈의 탈퇴로 앞으로의 NRG는 이성진, 천명훈, 노유민 이상 3인조로 영원히 함께 할 것이다. 이번 7집 타이틀은 “1 of 5 : 따로 또 같이” 이다. 이 뜻은 ‘1장의 앨범을 5장의 싱글 앨범으로 활동한다.’ 라는 뜻으로 지금까지는 NRG 멤버가 모든 곡에 참여 했으나 이번만큼은 NRG 5곡을 비롯하여 추억의 그룹 하모하모 (이성진, 천명훈) 1곡, 이성진 솔로 1곡, 천명훈 솔로 2곡, 노유민 솔로 2곡, 마지막 트랙에는 이성진 솔로 곡을 클래식 버전으로 편곡하여 모두 12곡이 수록되어 있다.
타이틀 곡 ‘별책부록’ 은 신나는 펑키 리듬의 댄스곡으로 댄스음악에 목말라 있는 지금 NRG만의 ‘유쾌, 상쾌, 통쾌’ 한 즐거움으로 대중들에게 강력하게 어필을 할 것이다. 그 외에도 NRG의 대표곡 ‘Hit song’과 ‘대한건아 만세’를 작사, 작곡 한 멤버 천명훈이 이번에도 역시 본인의 솔로 곡(제목: 달려, Shiny)을 작사, 작곡 하는 등 멤버 솔로 곡들 모두 각자의 경험과 아픔을 직접 가사로 표현하여 지금까지 NRG 앨범 중 가장 애착이 가고 그 완성도도 최고라고 할 만큼 멤버 모두는 자신감에 충만해 있다. 이러한 NRG의 모습은 11월 19일 ‘MBC 쇼! 음악중심’에서 NRG 7집 타이틀 곡 NRG의 ‘별책부록’과 추억의 그룹 하모하모의 ‘선물’을 시작으로 계속해서 멤버 각자들의 솔로 곡들을 발표하여 그룹 NRG와 그룹 하모하모 그리고 각자 솔로 활동으로 활발한 방송활동을 함으로써 지금까지 침체되어 있던 대한민국의 음반시장에 불씨를 다시 살려 놓을 것을 감히 예언한다.

NRG is truly one of the best

Album after album, they maintain a certain formula that surprisingly works every time! I have not heard an NRG album that was of poor quality. There's always a spark in their works that maintain's my interest and makes me shell out some cash! Keep up the great work guys! |

refreshing
| this album is SOOOOOOOOOOOO good..... it has everything you would look for, fast songs to dance to, slow songs to relax to........ i must say that NRG is one of the very few groups with the kind of voices and songs that would remind you of the young and innocent days...... images from the past will just flash around your brain when you listen to their music......... one sentence sums it all: NRG's awesome and this album's just as awesome as they are..... |

Never end !!!
| I never been heartbroken since i put my love on this group( NRG ) THey never let me down . Everyday i wake up listen to their song make me feel happy , ready for everything. THis album just like these other album but even better. Just love it ! I hope they keep on the hard work . NRG is my spirit now . |
