It has been six years since director Jung Ji Woo courted controversy with his debut feature film, Happy End, but now he finally goes back behind the camera to again tell the story of an unconventional love affair.

In Sarangni (a.k.a. Blossom Again) Kim Jung Eun plays In Young, a thirty-year-old school teacher who falls in love with her seventeen-year-old student, Lee Suk (Lee Tae Sung). The basis for the attraction is that Lee Suk bears a striking resemblance to her first love. In fact they even share the same name. But when a cute girl at the same school professes her love for Lee Suk, and In Young's former flame suddenly reappears on the scene, choices have to be made, and hearts prepare to be broken...

    아련한 첫사랑의 기억을 머금고 새롭게 시작되는 또 하나의 눈부신 사랑

    언제나 자신의 직관에 따라 똑바로 걸어 들어가는 입시 과외학원 수학 강사 조인영은 아름답고 씩씩한 여자다. 그녀의 잔잔하고 고요한 일상 속에 아련한 첫사랑의 모습을 꼭 빼닮은 17세의 이석이 학원생으로 들어온다. 인영은 자신의 첫사랑과 놀랍도록 닮은 그를 사랑하게 되고, 이석 또한 인영을 향한 마음을 숨기지 않고 적극적이다. 인영은 이름만 똑같은 게 아니라 정말 똑같이 생겼다는 혼잣말을 하루에도 몇 번씩 중얼거리며 첫사랑을 꼭 닮은 이석과 사랑하게 된 기쁨을 감추지 못한다. 그러나 고교시절 동창이자 룸메이트인 정우는 이석을 직접 보고도 과거의 이석과 전혀 닮지 않았다며 인영의 사랑을 믿지 않는다.

    The story was ok in the beginning of the movie but after while, it became so magulo. I do not understand who likes who. Could have been better if from the beginning the young chap was not did not get involved with the young girl. Waste of time.

    I have been waiting anxiously to watch this movie by Kim Jung Eun. The storyline is not so good but I still think KJE had acted very well as usual, always so pretty & innocent looking. It's a pity the young co-star is not manly, lack of acting skill or good looking enough to pair with her. If not the show will be alright. I hope in future manly & good looking male co-star wiil pair with KJE to make the show a success. I have just watched another of her drama " Princess LULU" and found the story and male co-stars suitable. It was a vry good drama with fantastic acting by KJE as an innocent & beautiful role and Jung Kung Ho as her palyboy suitor.

     Better "Dying" Than "Blossom Again" Customer Review Rated Bad 2 - 2 out of 10
    I fell confused after I watched this movie. It doesn't give a climax to its viewer, I guess?? Probably because there are six different people with different ages but have same names...young & old Jung Woo, Lee SUk and In Young. Anyway, I regret that I've spent my meal allowance to buy this movie...sorry

    This story is not interesting and captivating to say the least. But Kim jung-eun's acting is good and has delivered an excellent performance as always. She's so pretty and charming in the movie that I can't take my eyes off her. It's a pity that her co-star is new-comer and only gives a mediocre performance, but all in all I still wouln't miss this movie becauce of Kim's charisma!

    I's a pity that the story is not exciting and interesting to say the least. But Jung-eun's acting has not disappointed me at all! She delivers a good performance as always, and she's so charming and pretty that I can't take my eyes off her! It's a pity that her co-star is a little stiff and lacks experience in acting, but nonetheless, I wouldn't miss this movie because of the charisma of Kim jung-eun!
