The YouTube short drama "Convenience Store Junkies" (script by Ahn Hye-jin-III and director Kim Joon-mo) planned and produced by the comprehensive content studio Playlist, surpassed 35 million views based on social media platforms, two weeks after its release.

"Convenience Store Junkies" is a convenience store empathy drama where the main character Haru (Park Eun-woo), who has become a 'super part-timer' with nine years of experience, customers, and novice store managers meet. In particular, unlike existing dramas, the number of views has been rising every day, citing the keyword 'sympathy' in a short running time of about a minute.

Another factor in the popularity is that director Kim Joon-mo's extraordinary planning and directing skills and writer Ahn Hye-jin-III's witty writing skills meet and create synergy.

Playlist director Kim Joon-mo said, "In each episode, I wanted to easily convey a sympathetic message by adding an episode that anyone would have experienced at a convenience store at least once. The most popular episode which is the second episode, titled, "Part-timer empathy when the ideal customer comes", exceeded 6.5 million views with the moment of meeting the ideal type at a friendly place called a convenience store and the twist factor with wit at the end as a killing point".
