Eom Tae-woong from the show "1 Night 2 Days" is quite the thing these days.
The members of KBS 2TV's "1 Night 2 Days" left for a trip to Gangneung on December 4th. They left from Seoul and gathered at the birth house of famous poet Heo Nan Seol-heon. Lee Seung-gi made a team of his own and the other team was made up of Eom Tae-woong, Lee Soo-geun, Eun Ji-won and Kim Jong-min. The race to get to the final destination the fastest began. Lee Seung-gi got there first and got the flag.
The members mulled the deep and gentle impression given by Heo Nan Sol-heon's birthplace. She was a female poet from the Chosun times. She is the sister of Heo Gyoon, the writer of "The Story Of Hong Gil Dong", which is a Korean novel. Hundreds of her works have been printed since then, but she died at the age of 27.
Producer Na Yeong-seok said, "Heo Gyoon and Heo Nan Seol-heon are the genius siblings of our history" to which Eom Tae-woong replied, "Isn't that Uhm Jung-hwa and Eom Tae-woong". This caused laughter for everyone.
Eom Tae-woong went around traditional markets to accomplish the mission of the five senses. He held live octopus and even asked the vendors for free samples. His attitude towards the program has become more enthusiastic than from the beginning.
