Gil breaks up with Park Jung-ah after 2 years of relationship

Hip hop duo-group Lessang member Gil Seong-jun, 34, and former member of girl group Jewelry, Park Jung-ah, 30, have broken up after engaging for two years.

"Gil and Park Jung-ah parted and are now close friends", says a close associate of Park. "They became distant as each has become busy in entertaining activity since last year".

They became close after appearing in KBS 2TV 'Happy Sunday' in autumn, 2008, and later developed into a relationship.

Later, Park was featured in a song of Leessang's sixth album and the couple became known as the 'beauty and the beast' k-pop couple.
Gil is currently appearing in MBC TV 'Infinity Challenge' and KBS 2TV 'Escaping Crisis Number 1', while Park is acting in KBS 1TV drama 'Smile, Dong-hae'.

리쌍 길ㆍ박정아, 2년여 만남 끝 결별

힙합듀오 리쌍의 길(본명 길성준ㆍ34)과 여성그룹 쥬얼리 출신 박정아(30)가 2년여의 만남 끝에 결별했다.

박정아의 한 측근은 8일 "길과 박정아가 최근 좋은 동료 사이로 남기로 하고 헤어졌다"며 "각자 바쁜 연예 활동으로 인해 지난 연말부터 사이가 소원해진 것으로 안다"고 말했다.

길과 박정아는 2008년 가을 KBS 2TV '해피선데이'의 코너 '꼬꼬 관광 싱글♥싱글'에 함께 출연하며 친해진 뒤 연인 사이로 발전했다.

이후 박정아는 2009년 10월 발표된 리쌍의 6집 곡에 피처링하는 등 음악이라는 공통분모를 통해 가요계의 대표 '미녀와 야수' 커플로 불렸다.

길은 MBC TV '무한도전'과 KBS 2TV '위기탈출 넘버원'에 출연 중이며, 박정아는 KBS 1TV 드라마 '웃어라 동해야'에서 연기자로 활동하고 있다.
