Global Mnet.com Launching K-Drama Free Service (US Only)

Finally, American viewers are allowed to watch K-Drama contents for free on Global Mnet.com from May 10^th.

CJ E&M (CEO Kim SungSoo) Smart Media Division announced that they will provide service on Global Mnet.com(http://global.mnet.com/mnettv/kdrama/program-list.m), by establishing a technical collaboration with American online streaming company Hulu.

Global Mnet.com is ready to strengthen their positioning as the representative K-Wave website with K-POP and K-DRAMA contents. K-DRAMA will be serviced for free through Hulu's platform on Global Mnet.com.

The K-DRAMA service is only for the viewers of America. Total 46 episodes from 4 different TV dramas including '21st century family', 'Shut Up: Flower Boy Band', 'Twelve Men in a Year' of tvN and  'Hero - Drama - 2012' of OCN will be streamed through official 'Global Mnet.com' site.

Jin Min-jung, director of the global business department of the CJ E&M Smart Media Division said, "Global Mnet.com has many visitors from America along with Japan and China, so we expect to have more American viewers on our website since opening of the K-DRAMA service" and added "We are trying our best to provide better quality K-DRAMA contents on Global Mnet.com"

Hulu is an online video service that offers a selection of hit shows, clips, movies and more at Hulu.com, numerous destination sites online, and through our ad-supported subscription service, Hulu Plus. Hulu's selection of premium programming is provided by more than 350 content companies.
