I'm not sure if I'll try this one, but apparently jellyfish is okay to chow, delicious even. I think even Jin Joo found this a hard sell: "If you eat the jellyfish without thinking about it, it is pretty darn good. It actually doesn't have any strong flavor but has great texture; it's a little bit chewy and a little bit crunchy. It's kind of like chicken cartilage".
