The hard-hitting Korea Expose explores the state of Korea's newly recognized Michelin-starred restaurants and addresses their harshest critics. "A total of 24 restaurants in Seoul were given at least a star, 13 of them serving Korean cuisine", writes Ji-eun Choi, but not all food critics were happy with Michelin's choices. Choi concludes, "The Seoul Guide has certainly helped the government's K-food promotion, but it has also had unintended consequences".

"10-minute Ramen Stir-Fry with Vegetables"
