Actress Lee Seung-yeon revealed how she lost an astonishing 27 kg.
She appeared on the MBC TV "Good Day" on the 11th at 9:45AM and said, "Heart aching diet control and working out helped me lose 27 kg".
She said, "You can't live on eating chicken breasts all the time. So if I want to eat something, I eat it but I work out twice as much. You need to be strong in controlling your diet and make sure you work out so that your muscle's don't relax".
She added, "My wannabe body style is Lee Mi-sook and Jang Mi-hee. I respect them".
Meanwhile, she mentioned that sodium will affect the diet from eating too much Kimchi stew.
