Entertainer Hyeon Yeong will marry her finance worker boyfriend in March.
The actress made the announcement through a press release from her entertainment agency yesterday.
The agency declared that the pair will marry on March 3 at the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill in Seoul.
"As the groom is a private citizen and not an entertainer, the couple has requested that their privacy be respected", an agency representative said. "Thus no further information about the wedding will be given out".
Hyeon Yeong's relationship was made public only a couple of weeks ago. When news of the relationship broke, she responded by posting two words, "shy, shy", on her Twitter account. The boyfriend is said to be four years her senior and is currently working at a foreign finance company. The two met in March last year through mutual friends and began dating in August.
"The two are so in love and looking forward to the next stage of their relationship. They make a lovely couple", a friend of the couple said.
