Top star Jang Dong-gun has appeared on the November cover of the Asian edition of the U.S. current affairs magazine Time. Entitled "Reinventing Korea", the caption of the picture read, "From movies to music to science -- a new wind of creation is blowing in Korea".
The cover story of the magazine described the Korean Wave phenomenon, attributing it to big Korean stars such as Jang, and introduced other prominent Korean figures, such as Professor Hwang Woo-suk and soccer star Park Ji-sung.
