Jang Hyuk To Star As A Dancer In Collaborative Movie

Appearing in "Dance of the Dragon", a collaboration between Korea, United States, and Singapore.

Jang Hyuk will star as the main character in a movie called "Dance of the Dragon", with collaboration from Korea, United States, and Singapore.

Jang Hyuk will play the role of a Korean ballroom dancer named Kwon Tae San in the movie, "Dance of the Dragon". This movie is a global project, collaborated by the Korean production company, 24/7 Pictures, and Singapore's Eastern Light, and will be distributed by the American ArcLight Films.

Kwon Tae San is poor, but in order to become the ballroom dancing champion that he dreamed of becoming ever since childhood, he heads over to the competition in Singapore. Jang Hyuk plays the role of Kwon Tae San, and displays his dance and martial arts skills. He plans to successfully act 90% of the scenes containing English dialogue.

The role opposite Jang Hyuk's, as well as the love interest will be Amy, played by a top Singaporean star, Fann Wong, who appeared in "Shanghai Knights". Also, the role of Cheng, Amy's fiancee, the dance competition's champion, and the person who always pushes Kwon Tae San will be played by Jason Scott Lee, who accurately portrayed Bruce Lee in "Dragon", and appeared in "Rapa Nui".

The director will be Australian Max Mannix.

Currently, Jang Hyuk is in Singapore and practicing for his role. He and other actors are participating in the press release conference for the movie production.

"Dance of the Dragon" is projected to release early next year.
