Singing along to Radiohead, fans indulged in this rock 'n roll night at the Jisan Valley Rock Festival.
It's all about this British band this year, who's in Korea for the first time since they debuted in the mid 80's.
Early-bird tickets sold out in less than 2 minutes, after it was announced that Radiohead was headlining.
The event, which kicked off Friday afternoon, broke festival records almost as soon as it began.
Officials say, more than 35-thousand people crossed through the gates by the end of the first day.
Some camp out for the weekend, while others come just for a day.
[Interview : Yoon Kyoung-hwan, Attendee] "This is my third time coming to the festival, and this year I'm just here for a day. It looks like more people are here this time. It's so great to be here with other music fans and I don't care if it's really hot right now. ['Rock and roll rules! Yeah!']".
By the end of the festival, organizers expect more than a 100-thousand people from all around Korea, and from other parts of the world to have attended the event.
[Interview : Megan McGuire, Attendee Brooke McInerney, Attendee] "We're from Manila, in the Philippines and we came to see the show-- to see Radiohead and James Iha"/ "And Elvis Costello, and The Stone Roses, and we're looking forward to it. It's going to be good. It's going to be great".
Under the theme of "Go Green, Go Rock" this year, the festival is held in between two valleys at the Jisan Forest Resort in Icheon-- a city about an hour south of Seoul.
Including Radiohead, the festival boasts one of the best line-ups in its brief history, with a total of 81 artists--all playing in the name, and love, of rock and roll.
