Police are investigating singer Jung Joon-young for filming his ex-girlfriend naked with a hidden camera in February.
Police on Sunday said Jung's ex-girlfriend reported the case on Aug. 6. Days later she dropped charges, but police nonetheless transferred the case to the prosecution on Aug. 24.
Jung admitted to filming the woman but said he thought she had agreed to it.
In a press conference on Sunday, Jung said he deleted the footage right after filming it, and the woman only turned to police when they separated.
The woman has submitted a petition to the police stating she does not want him punished, he added.
