Top K-pop boy group Super Junior has successfully wrapped up their first-ever solo concert in France.
During the concert, European fans threw a surprise performance for the band's member, Choi Si-won, to celebrate his birthday last week.
Choi Si-won also received birthday wishes from internationally-acclaimed novelist Paulo Coelho who is well-known for his masterpiece "The Alchemist".
This rather unlikely friendship between the idol star and the renowned bestselling author proves that K-pop fever has even reached the literary world.
Super Junior says they'll continue on with their mega world tour "Super Show 4".

Korean indie band Busker Busker's debut album is doing exceptionally well on both domestic music charts and the Billboard K-pop chart.
Now they are about to perform for the first time in Japan in a show co-produced by Japan's top music channel Space Shower TV and Korea's M-net which will feature the hottest pop artists from the both countries.
The trio band has vowed to focus on their live performance while cutting down on TV appearances.
