'Box Office Hitter' director Kang Woo-seok's movie looks serious.
Kang Woo-seok flew to Cannes, France where the 64th Cannes International Film Festival is being held on the 12th. This is in 10 years. Chungmuro is focusing on what his actions will have to do with anything later on.
After 2001 director Kang Woo-seok had no time for anything as he was directing movies, "Public Enemy" and "Silmido". Even then he visited not only the foreign sales booths of his distributing company Cinema Service but also attended the Cannes Film Market that opens along with the Festival for business matters.
After that he had just been focusing on his work and the fact that Cinema Service doesn't do overseas sales anymore makes his visit to Cannes this time more interesting. He is currently preparing for his first historical since his debut and "King Of Chosun".
Related to this, a movie related person said, "I know director Kang to have attended the previews of the Cannes Film Market and seen many movies. Perhaps he's here to find resources for his next project coming up, "King of Chosun"".
