The Korea Media Rating Board (KMRB) stated on the 6th, "The image includes repetitive group violence, foul language, physical injuring and other violent scenes such as vulgar cussing and rough lines as well as raunchy scenes. Therefore we rule that it affects teenagers".

"All Bark No Bite" which deals about living life fighting for power in the suburbs amongst gangsters, was given a 'high' in terms of violence, risk of imitation and fear.

The production claimed the release of this movie was going on as planned despite the issue surrounding Kim Mu-yeol. Since it's already been rated it should be out by the end of this year.

Kim Mu-yeol was accused of "having been exempted from National Service because he applied for it due to living hardship reasons when his income has increased so much". The Military Manpower Administration will revise his exemption.

Kim Mu-yeol's agency told Sports Hangook, "We haven't got the results yet. We have to check with MMA to know what's going on".
