Kimchi, one of Korea's healthy fermented foods (Korean Fermented Foods and Science), is a common side dish in Korea that is served in every Korean meal. Being a side dish that is present in meals all year round, Korea has developed the Kimchi refrigerator to possess innovative and superior technology that allows the preservation of Kimchi's taste and freshness.
To better grasp the unique technology behind the Kimchi refrigerator, it is important to understand the fermentation process of the Kimchi and the best conditions for storing it. The fermentation of Kimchi starts as soon as the Kimchi is made. Though the month of June has only just arrived, the sweltering heat wave that visits Korea every summer has already begun with temperatures in recent days reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius. The cast boasts of seasoned child actors who are led by acting powerhouse, Ko Hyeon-jeong as the world's strictest, scariest teacher, Ma Yeo-jin.
Ma Yeo-jin, queen of the classroom, is a cross between Matilda's Trunchbull and Roald Dahl's witches. I half expected Yeo-jin to pull off her wig and expose a bald head. She believes in the school of hard knocks: you get what you earn and if you don't, suck it up.
On the first day of school, she gives privileges based upon test scores...More
