A little juice gives health a boost

The latest food trend is probably the sugar-free juice diet. The plan, which consists of drinking juice extracted from fruits or vegetables - including the skin and pulp - for a period of at least three days, is believed to cleanse and detoxify the body.

Juice diet advocates say the best attributes of these types of plans are that they give the body a break from carbohydrates, which are often dubbed the biggest enemies of weight loss.
