Korean Film Wins Best Foreign Film Award in Russia

The Korean film "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring" has won the Russian Guild of Film Critics' award for best foreign film. Also known as the Golden Aries Award, the movie directed by Kim Ki-duk was cited as the top pick by the 39 judges with the prestigious guild.
The other candidates for the foreign movie award were "Three Iron", also by Kim Ki-duk, and a Hollywood film. "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring" is a motion picture portraying life using the changing seasons as a metaphor.
