Korean idols and veteran singers have come together to share the stage during SBS' "Gayo Daejun", performing some of the biggest songs from the past and the hits from this year.
Super Junior's Heechul, CNBLUE's Jeong Yong-hwa, 2AM's Jo Kwon and actress Hwang Jeong-eum hosted this year's music festival, held at Ilsan Kintex on December 29, which kicked off with a performance from children, singing and dancing to the latest songs by Super Junior, miss A, Kara, SHINee, Son Dam-bi, 2PM, Girls' Generation and CNBLUE.
The show continued on with powerful dance numbers by idol groups TEEN TOP, ZE:A, miss A and Sistar with joint performances by rocker Kim Jong-seo and boy band FTIsland, veteran singer Kim Gun-mo and girl group 2NE1, who took the stage for a medley of past hit songs.
The other group performances featured trot singers Jang Yoon-jeong, Hong Jin-young and Park Hyun-bin joined on stage by hip hop artists Supreme Team and Tiger JK, while idols groups MBLAQ, 4minute, T-ara and BEAST displayed couples performances.
SBS' "Gayo Daejun" wrapped up with finales from Super Junior, Big Bang member G-Dragon and T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyeon), Girls' Generation and Kara.
