| -A special chicken party on set as well as fun with the camera The cast and crew of the much loved "Queen Seon-deok" have found a way to de-stress: a chicken party and fun with the camera. On the 8th, a sponsor delivered chicken to the Yongin set and lifted the crew's spirits. Deokman, Yusin, Alcheon, Wolya, Godo, other actors and staff, and director Kim Geun-hong took time off the busy schedule to enjoy a small chicken party. The topic of Bidam's obsessive love for chicken came up and everyone shared a laugh. Unfortunately Bidam was filming elsewhere with Misil Ko Hyeon-jeong and didn't get to have any chicken. Another favorite pastime on set is taking pictures with their digital cameras. Deokman Lee Yo-won and Yusin Eom Tae-woong share a common interest in cameras, even owning the same kind. | "Queen Seon-deok" - The actors exhausted after 2 days of filming the martial arts competition on the Yongin set "I hope everyone takes care not to get hurt". (director Park Hong-gyoon) "I was so focused that now my entire body aches". (Eom Tae-woong as Kim Yushin) In an official competition to choose the next leader of the Hwarang, the Poongweolju, the participants now face the third and final test: the partial arts tournament. The martial arts leg of the competition is the highlight of the entire affair, and it is a chance for the Hwarang to show off their polished fighting skills. The tournament starts off with 32 competitors, all representatives of the different Hwarang factions. The final four finally boils down to Yushin, Bojong, Alcheon and the wild card Bidam. | - 120% satisfied with Eom Tae-woong's portrayal of Kim Yusin "In both our drama and history, Kim Yusin is the ultimate victor". (scriptwriters Kim Yeong-hyeon & Park Sang-yeon) After 26 episodes, "Queen Seon-deok" has finally crossed the 40% threshold in ratings, joining the ranks of other "national dramas". In episode 26 that aired on the 18th, Kim Yusin finds himself torn between love and a noble cause. In the end he names Deokman as "the king that I have chosen to serve" and successfully marks the start of the informally dubbed "second season" of the series. With the formation of the Deokman faction with Deokman at its core, the rating for the series finally rose to 42%. The Seoul rating was an impressive 44.3%, a new personal record. Deokman declares that she will recover her place as princess and eventually become king, and Yusin chooses this cause over his love. | "Queen Seon-deok" -The faithful romantic Kim Yusin (Eom Tae-woong) becomes stronger; he chooses to serve Deokman as his princess Kim Yusin is the quintessential example of a loving and self-sacrifical man dedicated to one woman. It is this man who splits a boulder with a wooden sword. Yusin has already shown us how he hits a large boulder with wooden swords in episode 17. He takes up the wooden sword once more, hoping for a revelation that will change his life. The romanticist Yusin has already stolen hearts all around by proving his dedication to Deokman with the line "I chose you". In episode 26, he ends up back at the boulder at the Yeoham training ground, hoping to figure out a way to save both Deokman and the impoverished Gaya citizens.
