"Be Strong, Geum-soon!" may be over, but it's leading lady is still going strong! Here's the television sweetheart, actress Han Hye-jin!

Her pure, innocent-minded characters have been receiving love from audiences. And it's not just her characters that are sweet, Han herself has quite the heart of gold, as we soon found out at today's specially planned event.
As if they couldn't believe the popular "Be Strong, Geum-soon!" was over, fans received Han Hye-jin with happiness on their faces. Doing her "good deed" for the day put a smile on her face, but her fans KEPT that smile there.
"Geum-soon Be Strong" had appealed to so many, A drama about a young wife who loses her husband and has to raise her son on her own. Han Hye-jin played the wife, and her character braved the harsh reality, always armed with determination and a ready laugh.
This actress is not one whose star status came overnight - Han's a veteran of the biz. In 2002, she was talented enough to be cast in the Korean-Japanese TV drama, "Friends", opposite Korean Wave stars Won Bin and Lee Dong-geon.
Through all the fanfare, her last production gave more to Han Hye-jin than just popularity. This was the TV drama that helped her develop in acting, as well as her own personality. She told us humbly, that "Be Strong, Geum-soon!" would NOT have been such a hit without the strong backup of her senior co-actors.
And if they aren't already, some of her juniors could surely learn a thing or two from Han! Her vivacious nature and addictive smile has brought her spots on many commercials and advertisements. Who knows where she'll end up next!
Just like the smile that shines unexpectedly, Han Hye-jin's career has taken many unexpected twists and turns, but so far, they've all been for the better.
