Premiering on April 14, 2008 in the time slot of 7:50 am, "Don't Go Away", a morning TV drama, recorded a viewership rating of 11.9% (TNS). This makes it the highest rating show among all morning TV dramas produced by rival networks.

In addition, the ratings for "Don't Go Away" are nearly equal to the 12% viewership ratings that "Heart of Destiny" recorded when it premiered on October 1, 2007. "Don't Go Away" is the follow-up drama to "Heart of Destiny". The network is hoping that "Don't Go Away" will rise in its ratings and become a beloved TV drama like "Heart of Destiny".

Viewers of the first episode of "Don't Go Away" sent in many positive comments to the network. "Kangjeok" or "Rivals", a brand new drama series on KBS 2TV starring Chae Rim and Lee Jong-hyuk, started off with a lower-than-expected viewer rating of 7.1 percent (TNS Media Korea) on April 14.

In the first episode, new bodyguards were shown going through grueling training sessions. "Rivals" competed with "Lee San" on MBC (27.9%) and "I Love You" on SBS (6.7%).

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research, the viewer rating for "Rivals" on April 4 was 6.1 percent while that of "Isan" and "I Love You" were 28.4 percent and 7 percent, respectively.

The viewer rating for "Rivals" is only slightly higher than the preceding drama series "Single Dad in Love" which recorded a viewer rating of 5.9 percent in the first episode and an average viewer rating of 4.6 percent.

Meanwhile, "Unshaken", a new morning drama series on MBC starring Hong Eun-hee and Kim Nam-jin, recorded a viewer rating of 12.6 for the first episode according to AGB Nielsen Media Research. "I Still Love You", the pr...

"I'm not sure if I'm that sweet and pretty. I just thank people for thinking of me like that", said actress Hong Eun-hee (24) Tuesday in her interview at the KBS Drama Center in Suwon. "All my friends make fun of me, saying that I'm not like myself at all on TV. I don't think I've changed a lot after marriage two years ago, but I've matured a bit more, I guess", she said.

Hong is now playing "Yeong Sil", the main character of "TV Novel-Wind Flower" (produced by Han Cheol-gyeong, airing at 8:05 a.m. Mondays through Fridays) and is most loved by housewives in their 40s and 50s.

The drama is a story about the crooked destiny of sisters who were separated during the Korean War and meet again 20 years later. Its setting is the 1970s. Actress Hong Eun-hee, who plays the lead character "Young-sil" in the KBS TV1 morning series "Windflower", has resumed her busy acting career after a long hiatus. She says she feels happier than ever because she has achieved the two biggest goals of her life -- creating a happy family and becoming a famous actress.

She likes to show everyone the picture of her son Dong-woo that she is using as her cell phone screen. Dong-woo recently had his first birthday, and Hong says people typically ask her if she is married when they see the picture.
