The KBS 2TV Drama "Three Fathers, One Mother" (Writer Jo Myeong-joo, Producer Lee Jae-sang) saw positive effects from the General Elections.

"Three Fathers, One Mother" reached record ratings of 11.9% yesterday (TNS Media Korea Survey), ranked second in its time-slot and pushed past the 7.9% ratings of the MBC drama "Who Are You - Drama". The SBS Drama "On Air" has held a constant rating of 20%, but faltered slightly at 19.4% last night.

"On Air" and "Who Are You - Drama" broadcast at 10:10 p.m., ten minutes later than their scheduled time due to special programs concerning Korean astronaut Lee So-yeon. "Three Fathers, One Mother" began at 9:58 p.m.

The increase in ratings for "Three Fathers, One Mother" was determined to have started a day earlier on the 9th during the 18th General Elections of Korea. All the other TV dramas in the same time-slot were cancelled due to the special General Election broadcasts, which is when the KBS drama rose from low single-digit ratings to 14...

Eugene (Yoo Jin) becomes the mother of a child and a lucky woman who receives the love of three men--Jo Hyeon-jae, Jae Hee and Sin Seong-rok--one of whom is the father of the baby.

The new KBS 2TV (Wed./Thurs.) drama "Three Daddies and One Mommy" is about a married couple who receives sperm donations from three of the husband's friends. Although the conception is successful, the wife loses her husband suddenly in an accident. The story continues with the wife and the three friends.

Eugene plays the role of the widowed mother, "Song Na-young", but this isn't her first role as a mother. In 2005, the actress starred in the MBC drama "Wonderful Life" as a young woman who gets pregnant and thrown into married life after a night of bad judgments.

Yoo Jin and Jo Hyeon-jae have been cast as the main leads in "Three Dads, One Mom" to be aired on Wednesdays and Thursdays on KBS 2TV. Jae Hee and Sin Seong-rok will join the two in the series.

"Three Dads, One Mom" is scheduled to start airing on April 2nd and will be the story of a widow's love and raising a child.

The series is a romantic comedy about three men who donate sperm to a friend who was suffering from aspermia, and the wife who becomes pregnant but loses her husband in an accident.

Producing director Lee Jae-sang of "Dalja's Spring" and writer Jo Myeong-oo of "The Man of the Vineyard" will be directing and writing the series.

Former S.E.S. member Yoo Jin (Eugene) will play single mom Na Young while Jo Hyeon-jae, Jae Hee, and Sin Seong-rok are the three men who donate.

Jo Hyeon-jaewho is returning to the TV screen two years after "Ballad of Seodong" will play a comic role as a successful fund manager. Sin Seong-rok plays the role of an innocent detective who...

Lee Yo-won, Jang Sin-yeong and Han Ga-in, the young 'missy' stars made a remarkable achievement this year. A plastic surgeon has published a composite image of the ideal male Korean face. Rhee Seung-chul, the head of plastic surgery at Hanil General Hospital, made the image from the faces of 16 Korean Wave stars. Rhee had earlier done the same thing for women by making a composite image of 19 female stars.

The ideal Korean male consists of bits and pieces from Kang Dong-won, Kwon Sang-woo, Kim Rae-won, Mun Jeong-hyeok (Eric Moon), Bae Yong-joon, Jung Ji-hoon ("Rain"), Song Il-gook, Won Bin, Lee Wan, Jang Dong-gun, Jae Hee, Jo In-seong, Jo Hyeon-jae, Ji Seong, Ji Jin-hee, and Hyeon Bin? all of them popular not only in Korea but in China and Japan as well. He analyzed their faces with a computer program called BAPA, for "balanced angular and proportional analysis". The result is a slim face with chiseled cheekbones and a clear chin, big eyes, a long nose and long, thin upper lip.
