SBS drama "On Air" is winning the hearts of viewers as it continues, and it is becoming tense as the love lines were revealed in episode 13.

"On Air" has also given unexpected fun as famous stars, such as Lee Hyo-lee, Jeon Do-yeon, Kang Hye-jeong, Lee Seo-jin, and Kim Min-joon, appear as cameos. In episode 13, comedian Jeong Chan-woo starred as a 'comical fortune teller' and gave lots of laughs.

Director Sin Woo-cheol and writer Kim Eun-sook's personal relationships played a big role for the fun cameo appearances.

Park Si-yeon and Director Shin Woo-chul are very close, and Lee Cheon-hee and writer Kim Eun-sook went to the same school. Lee Seo-jin, who worked with them in SBS drama "Lovers", and Jeon Do-yeon agreed to appear as a cameo with no hesitation.

Kim Min-joon, who grew close to Lee Beom-soo in "Surgeon Bong Dal-hee", and Lee Hyo-lee, Kang Hye-jeong, and Eom Ji-won, who are all close to Song Yoon-ah, agreed to star in "On Air".

Actor Park Yong-ha was chosen to host the 44th PaekSang Arts Awards. He will host one of Korea's most prestigious arts awards Thursday evening together with SBS announcer Park Eun-kyung at the National Theater of Korea in Seoul.

Having led the Korean Wave in Japan with his role in "Winter Sonata", Park's participation in the award ceremony is expected to draw attention from his Asian fans. He said that it was an honor and pleasure for him to host the PaekSang Arts Award. He added that he is quite nervous to be hosting the show with all the big TV and film stars in the audience, but will do his best to make the ceremony memorable.

Park is currently starring in the hot SBS drama "On Air" playing the romantic, yet charismatic TV producer Lee Kyung-min. Coincidentally, Park has been nominated for the most popular TV star category together with his "On Air" co-stars Song Yoon-ah and Kim Ha-neul. In a poll of top male and female entertainers to spend Black Day with, Jang Dong-gun and Kim Tae-hee placed first.

Hite Beer Premium Stout held a poll on their homepage and 1701 male and female singles in their 20s and 30s answered.

Jang Dong-gun received 26.5% of the votes, and Jo In-Seong (26.3%), Kang Dong-won (10.7%), "Rain" (10.7%), and Gong Yoo (9.1%) followed. Kim Tae-hee received 30.4%, outshining Jeon Ji-hyeon (12.1%), Yoon Eun-hye (10.3%), Kim Ha-neul (9.1%), and Ha Ji-won (8.8%).

A representative of Stout said that through this poll, they realized that males in their 20s and 30s are devoted to Kim Tae-hee.

Actor Park Yong-ha of "Winter Sonata" has been voted the most popular Korean actor in Japan. He won 2,383 of 2,637 votes in a poll conducted by M.net Japan's "m-time" to finish in the top spot. Other Korean stars Song Seung-heon and Kwon Sang-woo came in second and third. Song garnered 189 votes and Kwon 65. The hottest Korean star in Japan, Bae Yong-joon, was not on the ballot.

The poll was conducted not online, but offline through postcards. Park thanked his fans for remembering and supporting him even when he's not in Japan. He also promised to do his best in TV drama "On Air" in which he stars with Kim Ha-neul and Song Yoon-ah so as not to disappoint his fans.

Park's future plan in Japan includes an appearance as special guest in the Love Song 2008 Premium Concert scheduled for June 7th in Saitama Super Arena. The concert is to celebrate the release of Park's new compilation album, "Love Song 2008". ...
