Prosecutors charged two plastic surgeons for illegally administering propofol, an intravenously administered drug used for general anesthesia and sedation, to multiple celebrities. The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office said yesterday it has filed a warrant to detain plastic surgeons, identified by their surnames Ahn and Mo.
