Born in 1976, graduate Hanyang University, Cinema major. Was invited to Pusan International Film Festival Wide Angle section in 1996 with his first short film “Weekend”. Later directed short film “Mom, I’m Sorry”(1997), “Spring”(1998), and was in charge of making film for "Wanee and Junah"(2001, Director KIM Yong-gyoon).

Allegedly "If You Were Me 6" is an omnibus detailing human rights. To be honest that seems kind of specious. I suppose it's true that handicapped people, elderly people, and religious people all sort of have the commonality of being possible victims of unfair persecution.
