For Horowitz (Horowitz-rul Wihayo) ("My Piano")Seoul Selection Bookstore 11:00 A.M. SATURDAY Directed by Kwon Hyeong-jin, the film is a human drama about a piano teacher and orphaned boy who is a music prodigy. Staff Reporter The new movie "My Piano" (Horowitz-rul Wihayo) has a plain and a rather predictable storyline _ a troublesome boy with a talent for the piano learns how to communicate with the world through music thanks to his teacher _ and it is delivered without big ups and downs. But a series of small yet interesting episodes work as tasteful spices in the movie, saving it from becoming a total flop, and some classical music pieces played by skillful actors help it stay enjoyable. Staff Reporter Actress Uhm Jung-hwa is well known for playing single, successful career women in many feel-good romantic comedies. But in recent years she seems to have tried to step away from the stereotype. After her role as a serial killer in last year's thriller "Princess Aurora", the 34-year-old actress is back in a challenging new role as a piano teacher who must pull-off skillful piano performances. "I wasn't really into classical music, so I was really worried about scenes in which I have to play piano skillfully", Uhm said during a news conference on Tuesday, after the preview screening of her new film "My Piano (Horobichurul Wihayo)" at Daehan Theater in downtown Seoul.
