The futures of many child stars were generally depressing.

Singer and actor Yang Dong-geun who entered the army on the 6th revealed his pictures for the first time.

Yang Dong-geun entered the active service in the army on the 6th, and on the 9th, entered as a new recruit into an army division in Kangwon.

Yang Dong-geun will be learning the basics for five weeks there, and his first pictures were posted on an army-related internet site on the 11th.

Musicians Lee Hyeon-woo, Lee Juck, and Lena Park pull together the 'Taean Project Group' and prepare an album to aid in the Taean oil spill. The album sales will be donated to support cleanup efforts in Taean.

The album was organized by Lee Hyeon-woo, who has been an active member of the Korean Federation for Environmental Movement (KFEM) for several years. After visiting Taean to lend a helping hand, Lee began working with KFEM and other singers on the "Support Taean" album. Further details will be released at an upcoming press conference.

The album contains songs about the heart-aching reality of the oil spill's effect on Taean and its citizens. Besides Lee Hyeon-woo, Lee Juck, and Lena Park, singers of all ages and genres helped with the album, including JK Kim Dong-wook, Lee Han-chul, Woong San, and Yang Dong-geun....

Singer and actor Yang Dong-geun is ready to release his new studio album. The album release comes after the final episode of the KBS drama series 'I Am Sam', in which he starred, aired Tuesday night.

Yang will release his fourth studio album and begin the album's promotion by holding a showcase concert.

An official at NH Media, Yang's management agency, said the singer and actor successfully juggled drama shoots and song recordings simultaneously. He added that Yang is extremely happy with the way his latest album turned out.

Meanwhile, Yang's official fan club, 'WIDY G' recently made headlines after it delivered a surprise gift for him on the set of 'I Am Sam'. The gift was comprised of a staff uniform for the entire cast and crew of the drama series. Upon receiving the gift, Yang said the only way he could pay back the love and support his fans have given him was to work hard on his new album....
