Actress Hwang Sin-hye to Host Talk Show on tvN

Actress Hwang Sin-hye will host a new talk show entitled "The Queen" on the cable channel tvN.

"The Queen", which will begin airing on September 23 at 11:00 p.m., is a variety talk show that will feature behind-the-scene stories of celebrities, social issues, latest trends and fashion.

Other celebrities cast in the talk show include comedian Ji Sang-ryeol, Yoon Hyeon-sook, Kim Sin-yeong, Yoo Chae-yeong and Kim Si-hyang.

"Sex is Zero 2" Loses Its Edge

While the "American Pie" trilogy cooked up a stir in the United States, Korea had its own version of a witlessly wholesome sex comedy, "Sex is Zero" (2002). It's always hard for sequels to live up to the glory of their predecessor, but such biting reality hit "Sex is Zero 2" especially hard ― slapping the tasteless college story in the face over and over again.

In "Zero 2", the popular actors from the first installment reconvene and the narrative elements are tweaked here and there. Good-hearted Eun-sik (Im Chang-jeong) is a law student who, driven by his hormones, is more preoccupied with checking out miniskirt-clad legs in the library than preparing for the state exam.

Eun-sik seems doomed with bad luck, with unfortunate timing always labeling the innocent guy as a pervert. But mysterious workings of the universe give him one blessing. His longtime girlfriend is none other than the most popular girl on campus, the sweet and beautiful swim...| More

Im Chang-jeong to star in "Sex is Zero 2"

Im Chang-jeong who starred in "Sex is Zero" (2002) which portrayed sexual issues of college students will also star in "Sex is Zero 2" to be directed by Yoon Tae-Yoon.

According to the production company, Im Chang-jeong who played an innocent student in the first film will play a role as the president of the campus K-1 club.

While Choi Seong-gook, Shin-ee, Yoo Chae-Yeong, and other supporting actors from the previous film will also appear, the main female lead will be played by Song Ji-Hyo in place of Ha Ji Won.

The film that will draw the troubles and joys of college students is scheduled to crank in at the end of this month to be featured in theatres this coming December....| More
